For this purpose, we ensure preparation of a warehouse, suitably adapted to the needs of our Client, meeting the requirements of the Pharmaceutical Law and DPD. Prepared warehouses are equipped with the required systems and equipment, such as. HVAC, access control, alarm system, CCTV, shelving, cold rooms as well as WMS and 24/7 temperature and humidity monitoring system.
We assist in the preparation of documentation required to obtain a GIF permit to operate a pharmaceutical wholesaler.

Depending on our Partner's expectations, we prepare appropriate interfaces between our WMS and his systems.
The activities at the warehouse are carried out by experienced PHOENIX employees who are trained in both DPD and the procedures implemented at the customer's pharmaceutical warehouse.
In order to ensure high quality of service, together with our Partner, we implement a KPI system which is subject to periodic verification.
In an effort to continuously improve the quality of the services we offer, we provide periodic operational meetings to discuss quality, logistics and IT aspects.
