In our two logistics centers located in Oltarzew, Południowa 2 St. and in Konotopa at Rajdowa 9 St., we run our own pharmaceutical warehouses meeting all requirements of Pharmaceutical Law and DPD.
Within the scope of our licenses, we provide logistic services to our contractors in the field of
- Handling product deliveries
- Storage of medicinal products belonging to another trader
- Preparation of shipments on behalf of our Partners
- Handling product release and transportation
- Import of medicinal products
- Handling drug product samples
Our wholesalers ensure that products are stored under closely monitored temperature and humidity conditions, providing temperatures in the ranges of 2-8°C, 15-25°C and below -10°C and humidity below 70%.

Storage under controlled conditions.
In order to ensure proper warehouse management, taking into account the specificity of medicinal products, we have implemented a modern enterprise management system (ERP) with an extensive warehouse service module, ensuring full traceability of the product from receipt to the warehouse to its release. The system with all changes has been validated according to GAMP5. Support for the validation process was provided by an external consulting firm (THESCON GmbH). The system is involved in all logistics processes from ordering the goods (and/or advising on delivery) through the process of goods receipt, storage, to order processing, picking and dispatching. Each of the processes is performed using 1 and 2D data collectors (scanners). The system cooperates with external IT systems through message exchange (interface).
Focusing on the needs of our Customers, we have developed a quality management system, which over the years of cooperation with various contractors has been subject to multiple audits and inspections with positive results.
The implementation of the principles of continuous operations oversight, used to demonstrate the ability to continuously deliver a product or service that meets Customer requirements and the requirements of applicable legal and other regulations, were documented through the receipt of ISO 9001:2015 certification.
