E-COMMERCE

As part of online sales, we offer services using an Internet sales platform, where, depending on the needs of our Partner, we set up a dedicated store or use existing solutions. The product catalog may include dietary supplements, specialty foods, medical devices and appliances, and cosmetics. We provide both logistics services including receiving, storage in a general warehouse meeting quality requirements, preparation and shipment to the recipient, as well as customer service.

SALES SUPPORT

We offer a comprehensive service, which will provide you with individually tailored services to ensure that you achieve your business goals. Based on the needs of our Clients, we prepare short and long-term product sales strategies, taking into account both marketing activities and sales team activities. Activities target outreach to specialists, primary care physicians, pharmacies, pharmacy chains and wholesalers. We do not forget about modern activities including digital marketing, product registration on the PL/EU market, product launch.

RELOADING SERVICES

As part of our service, we can provide you with cargo handling services, guaranteeing the highest quality and a secure supply chain. With all quality aspects complying with the pharmaceutical law, including DPD, we implement accepting deliveries from different sources and sending to one recipient, as well as accepting deliveries from one source and sending to multiple recipients.

PRODUCT REGISTRATION SERVICES

Registration of a product is the first step in starting distribution in the market. Therefore, we offer our Clients support in the process of product registration, preparation of documentation and submission of documents to URPL (The Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products). As part of additional services, we also offer the possibility of ordering notification requests to URPL.

FINANCIAL SERVICES

We provide our Clients with the opportunity to take advantage of financial services in an Order-to-cash process, in:
- invoicing recipients on behalf of the Customer
- order management including recipient credit evaluation, order taking, data entry and logistics
- invoicing services on behalf of the Client, including matching invoice data, issuing and mailing invoices
- payment management, including verification of payments, sending reminders and payment notices
- debt collection
- allocation of payments

IT SERVICES

In the pharmaceutical law-regulated pharmaceutical industry, including GxP, validation of computerized systems is necessary to ensure patient safety, product quality and data integrity. As part of our IT services, we support our Clients in carrying out the validation process of these systems along with infrastructure qualification. We provide professional support, the ability to perform part/all of the validation or revalidation process in accordance with GAMP5 together with the preparation of the required documentation.

REPACKAGING

Our services are performed in accordance with the highest quality standards, including those set out in Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2002. and (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004. and the Act of 25 August 2006. on food and nutrition safety.

The scope of services provided includes:
- packaging the product in individual packages,
- repackaging of the product associated with the replacement of the unit carton and, if applicable, the package insert,
- labeling of direct packaging or unit cartons,
- printing of batch numbers and expiration dates on the flat unit cartons,
- packing of individual packages into collective transport packages.
